Load securement is an important part of any flatbed division. A driver has a lot of responsibility and plenty to do, and weather conditions can be far from perfect. Aside from being on time and using securement equipment a driver would have to make sure that the load is safe and dry so the customer stays satisfied. Throwing tarps in the snow, the hot sun is the last thing you want to be doing, especially on a tight schedule. A Conestoga simplifies the tarping process because all a driver needs to do is open and close the Conestoga. Because of that we moved our flatbed division to the Conestoga system where the driver does not need to be afraid of tarping in the bad weather and can enjoy the road and run the miles for the paycheck he wants
